I weighed myself daily this week, and had a low at 378, but then the inactivity due to having the flu did me in, I think... Still, progress!

    Good luck to you David, I am struggling with my weight loss right now. But I know if you want this bad enough and I know you do, then you will keep going, just don't give up or give in to the cravings like I did.
